Hearing what sounds like an LA pirate on 6906 with mentions of Venezuela in the announcements. Fairly good signal here in Eastern Ontario. Any ideas as to who this might be?

North American MW Pirate Radio / Balkan Pirates 1600- 1700 kHz at 0558 UTC January 20 2019

While in Dubrovnik, Croatia this weekend with my Perseus, I heard several, presumably pirate stations at 0558 UTC. Several seem quite regular as they have been heard at other times this weekend as well.

Has anyone been able to ID these before?

Also heard here in Southern Ontario last night on 1710 AM (0444 Z on Nov 25) with SP religious music mixing with a station playing a PSA loop for Hurricane preparation.

Don't know who either of these stations are.
