It's back today 4/24/2018 at 18:25Z.
Frequency 5.069.980 MHz, id sounds like DN (dash).
Weak with QSB, S5, -100dBm.

I am in Olivehurst, CA, 30 miles north of Sacramento.

Id is ESA (DA3ID). QTH is Olivehurst, CA (33 miles north os Sacramento).
