Also heard UNID on 8070 AM 1739 UT 26 JUL 2016.  Heard music "Mad about the Boy" and Johny Bond's "Star of the Midnight Ranger" and "Big Iron" song by Marty Robbins plus several more old 'Cowboy' songs.   Some moderate heavy sig fading & static-crashes from thunderstorms. Best signal reception on dipole vs not vertical [but heard].  SINPO 25322.  Thanks Chris - good catch!

From the Mid-Atlantic Piedmont this must be East Coast gray-line for Australia in the Winter and switches to mornings for Summer.  TU, good reply

HF Beacon on 13563 kHz, S5, solid signal with some static crashes. Difficult to believe this is a 4 mW transmitter using 1/2 wave dipole from an apartment in Madison, WI USA.
