Is 10.542 a maritime hf channel or are these pirates.

26.585. These are the usual folks parked on this frequency with marimba music and other Spanish tunes when they open their mics. These guys are down there in Veracruz Mexico mobile taxi units. The base comes in loud and strong to the west coast. at 17:35 UTC

Listening in the west coast at 1700. I could hear the SSTV signal but just below the noise level. Will continue to monitor to see If I can pick up an image.
