Fade is deep, signal dropping out almost completely

Utility / Numbers station 6.739 USB 0348

Just caught the last 3 minutes of a numbers station on 6.739.
Very clear US English male with no hint of accent. Signed off, but was unable to catch the name.
S9+ here in Northern VA.

My East/West sloper had a stronger signal than my North/South sloper by 2+.

Rolled across some pretty faint military net traffic.  Mostly coordination of monitoring times by various call signs.
AARVG call sign.  Going over a list of action messages 020... 4Romeo Delta over...  other stations monitoring channel...]

Data burst traffic as requested by various call signs... Resend requested with same type data burst...

Net command ordered channel change to Mike 160...  wonder where it is...

Is anyone hearing the ham coming in over the music talking about how this guy is an 11 meter reject???

02:15:00 No music now and the hams are really punching it out with this guy...

It's funny that the other hams are just spinning this guy up...
