Presume FRS Holland.  Hearing a weak signal on 7700.06, but too much noise here to make out any details -- only can distinguish male anncr. and what seems to be rock music.  I wouldn't have thought propagation to ECNA was possible at this hour, but Shannon Volmet is weakly audible on 5505, so it is possible.  Located just northwest of Washington, DC.  Ten-Tec RX340 rcvr into Sherwood SE-3, SAL-12 antenna.
