its a slavic language not portugese. they are now very strong on the swedish receiver.

I hear these Signals always in the dark on 3100 +- on AM. Language sounds like portugese, but i  am not sure because the signals are weak.
In the spektrum i see that the signals swing in to their frequency for the first 500 or so ms. Perhaps these are old military tube transmitters.
I tried some of the remote receivers on sdr.hu and heard the signals stronger with receivers in sweden. http://kiwisdr.sk3w.se:8073/ for instance.
