FM Free Radio / 90.1 FM in Western NY

Found station on 90.1 FM. No listing for this station in the Amherst, NY area. Playing '80/'90s rock. Been listening for 2 day and have not heard a station ID or a DJ, just continues music. Altho station did go off air around midnight lastnight (04 May 10). Thought maybe a low power FM transmitter but I have someone hearing station 5 miles from me.
