Looks like somebody is testing, signal is going on and off.
Checked if that is harmonic - I don't think so.

2100 - Rock the Boat Baby by Hues Corporation

2110 - back with quite good signal. Not sure if it's European.

2115 - Sweet Home Alabama.

No IDs so far.
I suspect it's from my country, becuase I've heard one Polish song and signal is very strong, none on Twente SDR.
Possibly from the Warsaw area, perhaps I'm getting it via groundwave?

Slightly distorted.
Might not be European.
Don't thing it's a mixing product or harmonic.
So far only music, without ID.

Gone at 2011 UTC. It could be a 7th harmonic from 1640 kHz, but I din't go that deep when it was on.

It was reported on this frequency  in 2014.
Good strong signal spot on frequency.
Non stop music so far which I'm not familiar with.
