I caught a really weird transmittion on a radio in the Cherepovets City in Russia. Someone please tell me what this is if you know. I never came accross it.

I don't know if you will agree with this, but those names al also said out by a man or a woman in the UVB-76 "The Buzzer" broadcasts. Also they use the same sound loop idea. So is it like a bridge frequency, so we are not hearing long actual messages. All we hearing is bridge frequencies that tells the spies to go to another frequency. So it looks like we don't know the final frequency.
Which contains the actual long message. To support this idea I got another evidence the messages are short so it means the frequencies could be encrypted and the names are the ones that monitor them.
