Ah yes - now that I'm running my recording into MultiPSK I see that the opening "data" spells out words, including MT-63, in the waterfall. I'm not familiar with this mode (I don't see a listing for it at SigIDWiki), and I'm unable to get a decode (encrypted?). Thanks for the quick response!

NNQ5GR calling stations for the net; "no stations heard" then data (unid format), then brief exchange with NNA5HF. If someone wants to help me ID the data mode, recording is at https://www.lutins.org/sdr/6765_SHARES.mp3.

Phenomenal signal here - peaks at S9+40 (only slight fading - down to S9+30).

124
Very respectable (peaks a bit above S9) in upstate NY as well. Clear despite relatively high noise level, with only slight fading.

News forecast with male and female announcers in language I can't identify - low signal amplitude, very narrowband AM (I'm seeing less than 2 kHz), high noise level. Curious that it's off-frequency; nothing listed at shortwaveschedule.com for 6930 nor 6931. If you want to struggle through the poor audio and help me identify this, audio clip at https://www.lutins.org/temp/sdr/6930.9.mp3.

Booming in at S30+ with some fading here.

127
Nearly inaudible here; carrier actually appears to be on 6931

Thanks! At one point in the past I had actually decoded HFDL signals using PC-HFDL, but it's been so long I forgot what I was hearing. Just used MultiPSK to successfully decode this one. There's so many modes it's hard to keep track of them all - I really appreciate your fast & helpful input! 73 de KC2KLC

Approximately 2.4 kHz wide, 2-second long digital bursts preceded by a very brief tone; usually individual bursts, but sometimes 2 in a row. Closest match I can find on SigIDWiki is STANAG 4197, but 4197 appears to have a multiple-frequency opening tone, whereas my signal has a single tone.

Noise at S8; carrier at S9+15, but audio is hard to make out, with fading +/- 5 dB.

131
Signal peaking at S9 but with significant fading almost to inaudible; relatively low noise level saves the night.

132
Clear signal here with some fading (SINFO 45433 - peaks at S8).

133
0123z - "F*ck Off" by Kid Rock - definitely not something I've ever heard on a commercial broadcast station!

134
This station is playing recordings of several numbers stations, including E3 (Lincolnshire Poacher), V2 (Spanish) and ?? (German - I'm not familiar with this one). SINFO 45254 (signal app. S8).

Utility / Halifax Coast Guard Radio on 2749 (!)
« on: February 01, 2022, 0245 UTC »
Loud clear signal despite high noise (SINFO 55355) on 2749 kHz at 0240z on 1 Feb 2022. Twice announced "Halifax Coast Guard Radio" followed by French (unknown content - I don't speak French) then marine forecast in English. Nothing out of the ordinary - except - in my log notes I notated a while back, "discontinued September 2010". Are my notes wrong, or was the station resurrected?
