I initially thought this was European as it seemed to be stronger in Europe than in North America, but then I checked the INSTITUTO ARGENTINO DE RADIOASTRONOMIA Buenos Aires SDR and it's bombing in S9+. I presume it's AD149.

Audio is 10 KHz bandwidth. Pop music.

Checked back at 2355 UTC and carrier has dramatically faded in Buenos Aires but about the same in the US.

I'm just here to point out that hearing a transmission 4 days in the future is a pretty neat trick. Please share the secret to time travel.

On just shortly after WAVE (AM) went off.

0220 - David Bowie, "Little Wonder". S9+10 on peaks on an SDR in Pennsylvania.

Multiple remixes of Little Wonder and associated stuff.

0318 - Off

169
Listening on an SDR in Pennsylvania. S9 to S9+10 on peaks, SINPO 55555.

I'm WAV(E)ing from California.

0214 - "Goodnight from WAVE Radio"
0218 - "I hope you will join us again....Ride the wave." Carrier off.

So in a way, we can say that we are "out of focus".  :D

(I will see myself out.)

I can see the signal quite well on the Weston-Super-Mare SDR waterfall in the UK.

172
Interval signal loop with UK-accented male and female announcers.

0016 - Carrier off
0017 - Carrier and IS resume
0018 - Program commences with perhaps what seems like relay of a commercial station. Sounds like the announcements are in Hebrew, but not 100% sure on that.

I became distracted away from the radio for ~50 minutes and missed the rest of the program!

173
Carrier visible on a New England SDR. Voice and some music audible but too weak to understand. I'm going to have to try another SDR.

2234 - C&W song?

Yes, Skipmuck is right. This is WMR. Recording in North America: https://vocaroo.com/11wdZA7Q7sKo

2242: Prince, "1999".
2247: Michael Jackson

174
Caught the end of an R&B tune then ....nothing.

175
S9+20 on K3FEF, of course. Summertime conditions mean a background of continuous QRN.

I was hoping for a show about smoke:
Smoke Gets In Your Eyes
Smoke On the Water
some Smoky Robinson songs
that sort of thing....

Sorry. I'm not a member (if there is even such a thing) and I don't have an account (not even sure if there is such a thing) and I don't think that there is a button to enable downloads.

I will say that about a year ago Vocaroo started being flakey for me. Sometimes it would tell me that the audio file that I just uploaded seconds ago was not available, sometimes I could not get the URL to share the file, etc. Then at other times it's fine. I dunno.

I was able to download the file just now despite the fact that it shows an error: "MP3 media source not supported. Please try a newer web browser!". Some of the settings in Firefox and the plugins I use (advert blockers, java script gizmos) may be causing an "issue" (which appears to be B.S.) but it still lets me download anyway. When I switch to Chrome, I don't get an error but because I have not enabled an advert blocker there, I also see adverts, but I can download there too.

I would suggest:
- be sure that you are actually not receiving/downloading the file, despite the error.
- try again later
- turn off advert blockers, etc. or whitelist vocaroo
- turn off javascript blockers or whitelist vocaroo
- try a different web browser

0142 - ID and transmission schedule by YL with slight German accent.
0143 - Suddenly off mid-song. Nice audio, while it lasted.

I have it now at 2150 UTC on 08 June 2023 on the KFS SDR.

Center freq is 13558.0
Looks like 200 Shift, 75 Baud, ITA2, 5N1V, noninverted, or thereabouts.

As I was twiddling the knobs to try to get a decode, it went QRT at 2155 UTC.
Back again at 2159 with what sounds like continuous RYRYRY then into message.
Off again at 2205 UTC.
On again at 2214, off briefly at 2219 then on again at 2220, etc.

EDIT: I originally reported "M" but looking at the photo again now, I think it it is "I".

A bit outside the usual band for these but I'm hearing (and seeing) these on the KFS SDR omni antenna.

"K" on 13528.3 KHz
"M" "I" on 13528.4 KHz

"I" quickly faded after this but I continued to hear "K" for several minutes afterward.
