Shortwave Broadcast / VOA Off Frequency 11725kzh 2100UTC

I caught VOA off of their normal frequency of 11720 this afternoon.  I missed the sign on but caught them just after 2100 on 11725.  Around 21:01:30 someone must have caught the error as it shifted back to where it was supposed to be.   Waterfall image below
