03:45 UTC - Link 11 station still operating but now weak barely readable into my location;

Note: The station is registered as Russian Navy Sevastopol, Ukraine. With the on-going conflict between Russia and Ukraine, I wonder if this station is still transmitting from Ukraine or was relocated.
