Spy Numbers / Chinese Robot on 4980 Khz. 19:00 UTC

Was scanning around on shortwave, when I saw something on 4980 kHz and went to check it out. It was a women speaking random numbers in Chinese, AKA the Chinese Robot which happens randomly on random frequencies.
