Were these UK stations on their FM allocation or the AM/SSB allocation that lines up with USA?

I tried their FM freqs here and heard nothing.  I think most of my issue is my poor antenna.

Signal is VERY Strong  Austrian says the "band is wide open"

1900 UTC appears to be so minor opening to the west from SE PA

Hearing stations in Nevada and Idaho on CH 38 LSB

Signals are fair S4 or so, but readable with little to no fading

19:10 UTC just heard "9TC-684" Alberta Canada calling for stations on the eastcoast of US

I agree RobRich.  I was looking for the same, putting in pad, etc.  I have a MW HPF in place so doubting a local station and none seem to have this content.  It appears to be audio from a female
