Very strong reception here in UK right now. Can even receive the signal indoors. No sign of jamming. Seems to be carrying news reports.

A looped message maybe in Ukranian on 5855 USB. Received since 1800 hrs UTC. No idea what is being said, but I think was making references to Russian troops. Also another voice in the background. The message seems to be about 90 seconds long.
