Yes, 0311 UTC. HF is totally dead for me here tonight, only carriers from broadcasters (even ones that are normally strong like WWV 10 MHz and RHC 6000 kHz are gone) and no hams anywhere.
I have logged it here direct on 12210v kHz. It was easy to tell apart from the jammer because it was way off frequency and had the very tinny audio with no music. Multiple SOH frequencies that are not jammed can be heard in North America daily with a good antenna and low noise.

I sometimes have that problem (end up retuning instead of changing the bandwidth) on my iPhone and unfortunately I am not exactly sure how to fix it.

As of 0315 UTC here near Seattle, I can hear YHWH's signal, but not audio fading in yet. Noisy on the band tonight!

12:45 UTC - Also seeing the carrier on 11100.0 kHz AM and 11070.0 kHz AM.

It's likely this was CNR or CRI jamming them, i dont think anyone in north america has ever logged SOH

Are you on a computer or mobile device? For a computer use the mouse to grab the green bandwidth filter and drag it to expand or narrow it. You can also hover the mouse over the filter and use the scroll wheel to select multiple preset bandwidths. On a mobile device it is similar but you use your finger instead of the mouse and it doesn’t always work for me on mobile. I can record a video demonstration later if needed.
