sounds like a relay of an old KIPM show.
Already ongoing when I tuned in....  S4 with a few fades.
0400 - KIPM relay still ongoing.  getting a few loud radar blasts
0417 - SSTV
Also had another digital signal before and after the SSTV (maybe FAX?)
