0054 - OM with possible ID, the 'my name is ?'
0056 - sounds like an old radio drama program.
0058 - possibly an ad, gave an address in Pennsylvania

S4, seems to be a BBC news broadcast about Russian Parliament being attacked.  Maybe about the 1993 Russian Constitutional Crisis ??
Mention of BBC World Service, then interval signal that I don't recognize.
