Loop repeating over and over.
1537 - YL with 'This is the voice of ?? ??', mention of lights in the sky.  Another station on 6925 USB is making copy difficult. 
Mention of 'allies in the sky'
1551 - signal getting much stronger
Seems to be a message from intergalactic observers who have been watching us, but are preparing to leave this plane of existence.

1640 - still repeating the message, I've heard it enough now to understand most of it.

Noisy copy @ 1346 with bluesy guitar
1348 - switched to the manliest mode and continued with blues guitar
1359 - much stronger now, S8 with more blues

Could be a third harmonic of AMBC station with technical difficulties, sounds commercial at times.  Thanks to myteaquinn for the suggestion.
