UNID relay of World Radio Network (Russian programs) was received on 6592 kHz USB. The main frequency for this service is 738 kHz (in Moscow). The SINPO has been changing from 45433 to 25422 and backwards. It seems, these transmissions are more or less regular, as I met mentions about it early.

Liberia is on 60 mb tropical band again. SINPO was up to 45333 at 2220 UTC in Kiev. Various Christian songs and speech in English.

Seems, TXer in Tashkent on 7510 kHz produces 2nd harmonic during transmission of The Voice of Martyrs in Korean.

WWV on 20 MHz is a quite rare guest here. And even more rare on 25 MHz! However, sometimes, these signals get strong and clear:

10/11 meters / KLDE 25910 kHz FM received in Ukraine

The STL of KLDE from Texas has been received here, in Kiev in November 9th 2014 with relatively good signal level:

All content was in parallel with their web-stream.

The signal has been received in AM mode with -2 kHz detuning,  thus RX quality could be even better, if I would use a receiver with ability of NFM reception on that frequency.

Some nameless station is broadcasting regularly for several days on 7200 kHz (AM). S/off is always at 1500 UTC, the time of s/on is unknown. No any IDs or announcements, only various anti-American and anti-Semitic pro-Stalin songs non-stop.

According to information from Internet, it's "4th Comintern Radio Station". The origin of the signal is South-West of Russia, TX power is 1 kW.

Heard yesterday and today with strong and stable signal, both on telescopic whip antenna and 80 mb dipole.

Radio Ukraine International can be heard on shortwaves again. WRMI starts relays of RUI from 25th of September 2014 according to the following schedule:

2330-2400 UTC - 11580 kHz via facilities in Okeechobee, FL

The transmission is directed to eastern North America.

Audible now in Ukraine with a good level. Weird wail with various pitch and long echo. Similar to XM Whales but sounds new for me.
