SINPO = 35433 in Ukraine at the beginning, however the signal got much weaker later, till complete fade-out (SSTV was almost inaudible here). Thanks for the show!

No problem. It's often not easy to identify language in the case of free conversation (in comparison to announcer's measured speech on an official radio station).

It is not russian 100%. Sounds Portuguese for me.

The signal has been received on 5th of August 2019 from 05.20 till 05.40 UTC on 16020 kHz approximately:

Here is a short audio recording made in USB mode:

The most similar mode in Sigidwiki base is CIS 3x100 VFT but it is marked as inactive.

The station seems to be active daily from about 05.00 UTC. Results of TDoA analysis point to Irkutsk environs (russia).

Probably "Vodka Radio"?

I had quite decent signal here in Kyiv. SINPO was up to 34433.

The correct frequency seemed to be 6966.5 kHz, mode - LSB. Chinese music and speech, also Chinese national anthem was heard. Most probably China National Radio. Sounded like somebody relaying Chinese official station right from short waves (with QSB and atmospheric noise). Now the station seems to be off, but atmospheric noise is still relayed.

Weak, but audible in Ukraine. Better since about 0250 UTC.

SINPO = 25432-35433. Good audio as for me. 6935 kHz was a bit better here due to a local QRM on 6937 kHz.

02.55 - The Doors - Love Street;
03.00 - NOFX - We Called It America;
03.05 - The Doors - Spanish Caravan.

Thanks for the show!

20.14 - SSTV transmission and off.

Hi.

My guess is PBS Yunnan, even despite the time of broadcasts listed in frequency bases does not match the period of reception (it may vary occasionally).  I'm not sure, but female voice jazz singer sounds rather Chinese for me. Grayline conditions for your location also favoured that guess at the mentioned date and time.

Thanks a lot to the station’s operator for the new nice eQSL! The program was received here in Ukraine on 12141 kHz USB. Any trans-atlantic transmission tests on the high bands are always very ineresting here.

MW Free Radio / Re: RADIO MONTECARLO 1730 AM 2140 UTC July 18

Hi Jorge.

There is a pirate station Radio Monte Carlo (Zender Monte Carlo) in The Netherlands. But it used to broadcast on frequencies in the range of 1600 - 1700 kHz nowadays, so it could also be some another "Monte Carlo". Dutch stations are transmitting above 1700 kHz quite rarely.
