I thought SOH ran 100 watts not 1000. I tried for years to log them but was not able to.
It is possible to tentatively ID SOH tx's by checking RFA tx's which many SOH's relay for up to 20 hours a day. Of the audio matches.....
Conversely one can ID the jammer by comparing it to a known CNR 1 tx. If you can match the audio to a known CNR 1 then what you are hearing is the jammer and not the wily, elusive SOH.

Good catch. I think the SOH's run like 100 watts. I've never actually heard them from my qth but I often hear the  CNR jammer on top of them.

Keith Glimmer is that you?  Nice to see you back posting!!!
Yes indeed it is I. Been lurking about but don't have access to my radios for the time being. Been getting back into the online sdr DX thing again after a few hellish years when the hobby had to take a backseat to the struggle to survive.

nice signal via Rockland ME online sdr.   ID at 21:55 into America the beautiful. Then off

Intuned as soon as I got home from work after seeing e-mail to expect show. Lovely huge signal here with Archies "Sugar Sugar "followed by TCS ID into Monkees "I'm a believer". I left the radio on upstairs turned up loud enough to hear throughout the house. Thanx for the show.

Heard while playing with crappy little Tecsun PL360. Interviews from last months HFCC conference in Sofia. Occasional CubaRM that had long deep fades & then would come back pulsing until the WYFR signal was completely covered & then go down for 3 or 4 minutes.

Heard while walkin' the dog. Also heard a few minutes earlier at 3:01z w/ "Peace , Love and Hard liquor". Excellent signal once I got back home on R75.  Long dead air breaks between tunes. Sounds like Whiskey Redneck, maybe. Sort of a "Squidbillies" vibe

They usually change frequencies a bit later in the year. When we do the daylight saving clock change is when most stations make their winter frequency change (late September, early October). RRI I assume is Romania & not Radio Republic Indonesia. They have been on 7430 at 22:00 UTC for all of this season I think. Its a frequency for western EU.

That is the usual time for them I think. 19:00-22:00.

I think so. I hear them in Spanish all the time on 12050 from my QTH in Missouri.

I haven't used either of the Datong filters but have heard nothing but good reviews of them. My advice for what its worth is if you can afford it buy the package. Check out the reviews on eham from actual users (i guess they are actual users) every body gives the FL3  5/5 scores.

Intuned at 1:26 to big 'ol signal ...'pushin' too hard. Really inbooming S9+20 signal. Great show

They've been saying this for about three weeks now.
