as usual very nice S9+ signal in Missouri. Love Wolverine.

677
Popped over to 6945 after Echo One QRTed at 0118, Mr. Dick Weed is coming in S-9 +10 with occasional street light [going off and on]
QRM.

you gotta shoot that sucker...worked for me.

678
Damn  RFW is inbooming on 6945. S9+10. Best reception ever for me...by far.

679
barely perceptible carrier here.

680
fair reception in usb here. listening on sat 750 due to extreme laziness...SDR & other radios are in another room. RFW is about S7 with pesca comms starting to piss me off. This is about the strongest I've ever gotten RFW & those pescas are really screwing it up.....stupid fishermen.

noticed that pescas are strong on Twente. I don't usually see that. Don't usually look for them either but still. They are quite strong on there tonight.

North American Shortwave Pirate / Re: echo one on 6925 am

Audible in usb....just barely. getting kinda noisy on the band. Lots 'o' storms to the south & west of me tonight. Actually not that bad for what I believe is a low power station.

682
flipped on my bedside shortwave radio at 2:58z & RML was doing HFU shout outs. S9+10-20 with no external antenna. I'm starting to think that my next door neighbor is RML.

I need the attenuator switched on with the outdoor antenna. signal goes up to S9+40

683
Please, you can call me Keith.

684
weakly audible on a barefoot sat750 indoors. I am pleasantly surprised.

With outdoor antenna connected it rises to fair although barely moving the needle on the signal strength meter. maybe S3

685
Seen on waterfall of SDR recording sliding up from about 6900 & coming to rest at 6954.98. Seemingly strong carrier but not much audio heard here.

686
Barely perceptible carrier seen on SDR recording.

Spy Numbers / Re: QSL?

Jeez.. I thought $5.00 was a lot of money to them. At the time it was a lot of money to me. I had to go without smokes for 2 days!!

688
Barely perceptible carrier noted on SDR recording. Even if it had been strong enough for audio I doubt I could have gotten much from it as there were LSB pesca comms on 6930.

Spy Numbers / Re: QSL?

In 1999 I was on Radio Havana's mailing list and would frequently get cards on New years & even on my birthday. One night I left my DX 392 recording "DX'ers unlimited" on 6000 khz & a few minutes into the recording the audio dropped out for a couple of minutes & was replaced with V02 numbers. I didn't actually play the recording until a few days later. I copied it onto a blank tape & enclosed the tape, $5.00 and a friendly letter feigning ignorance at what the curious numbers were and asking for a qsl. They never responded & never again did I get a birthday card or anything else from them.

Carrier noted here stronger than usual in daylight but just barely audible at 1:06z.
