the headache with the vo tibet is that the lovely CHN CNR1 firedrake jammer is usually right around the corner.
i've tried usually 1000-1400z then later in afternoons - have yet to copy.  usually i jump when i tune in but then realize from the signal strength & non-stop music its the hated jammer.  at least that is my assumption as it just goes off the air at TOH or BOH often in midsong.
good luck & keep us up to date if you get a copy!!

In Kurdish to Middle East - mostly OM ranting about ??.
Via Moldova and very clear strong signal here S7+, low low noise.
Very enjoyable music (zither?) after the rants.

Unknown if this was actually VO the BM or one of a few clandestines from Eritrea that utilize this frequency at this time.
Local vernaculars and decent signal at S4.

Sudanese clandestine, open with a few bars of ? then into Dylan's "Lay Lady Lay" in English then OM & YL with IDs some in English, some in Arabic
To Africa from an "unidentified location".
Very nice clean S7 signal with low noise.
