North American Shortwave Pirate / Radio Totse relay 6935 USB 0005z-0009z 12-14-13

6935 USB

After XLR8 went off tuned up to 6935 USB & caught most of a Radio Totse Scottie DX SSTV with a voice ID at the end & then silence.  Guessing this was a relay.

Decent signal with some fading - station either faded in or came on at 03:49z with what sounds like an ID, but can't make it out.  The talking around 04:18z is pesc./outbander & not sure of language either.  Station went off at 04:19z.

Also heard part of this - carrier on at 00:35z, weak audio at first then 2nd station with CW message (good signal) - AM station audio peaked around 00:38z with unknown song & by 00:41z began to fade out.
