Caught this the other day and didn't realize who it was until going through some of the past logs here.  Strong signal with a bit of bleed over from New York Radio on 6604 USB.

Had this slot setup for S06s - at 07:30z heard E11's "..oblique.." & "..out.." back-to-back & that was it.  The scheduler switched to the freq. around 07:29:40z, but nothing beforehand or afterwards was heard.  There is a regular broadcaster running at this time, but you can easily hear the tx.
