Decided to start a different thread on this...

Been hearing this data (?) signal for the last few days both in the evening and in the morning - have not set up a continuous check to see if it's been round the clock.  It is strongest in the morning with fading conditions & antenna is pointed SE.

Good signal, but was off tune from actual tx freq. - I had no trace of Mystic Radio that was reported here before this station came on.  Carrier on & off at times with music being played.  After the carrier went off could just hear what sounded like the 'creepy little girl voice' in USB from a few years ago, but it was probably just weak YL pesq. activity.  Wasn't able to pull an ID from my recording, but whoever it was had a pretty good signal coming into these parts.
