I think it would be cool to try around 15mhz. Antennas are shorter and prop is comparable to the 20M ham band.

North American Shortwave Pirate / VERY strong signal on 6930

Have a killer strong signal, music playing. Off to bed, I don't have time to ID it but it's STRONG!

[Love the hair... :D

Looks like my grad photo. Unfortunately I'm not kidding.

Sounded like a QSO with Blue Ocean Radio at the end after the SSTV. At least I heard BOR, not sure if the Wolverine op was on or not.

Started with weak copy but gradually building. About S4 over S3 noise and QSB. Heard clear OM ID W-P-O-D and the word "Chicago". Not sure if it was a shout out or part of the set list. I'll update if I can.
Please QSL! This is a super rare one for me!

Had music in for quite a while. Lots of bluegrass type stuff. OM ann but I could't pick out the ID. Would have been good copy except for QRN.

Title says it all. Heard OM ann and music but not strong enough over interference for ID.

Fairly good signal into northern Canada. Had bad interference noted by another poster.

At first I thought it looked like MY cat but mine wouldn't fit in a bag. But then I also thought, WHO'S GONNA LET THE CAT OUT OF THE BAG! Clever, huh?

Also a very strong signal into north Canada. Genuine S-9, sounds like a pro SW broadcaster. Always a pleasure to hear an old friend.

Started off weak but is gradually building; currently S-5  to S-7. Talk of working with another station but I couldn't copy the ID. OM ann repeating "Elmer Fudd was right".

North American Shortwave Pirate / Got somebody on 6935

Someone on 6935, hear lots of music but I couldn't pull an I.D. yet.

Nice signal into northern Canada. The band is surprisingly quiet. Great to hear another old friend tonite.
