Radio Mercury Labs started out on 6925u and then moved to 6940u.  Started out down in the noise at 0244z, suddenly came up to S5 at about 0258z.

RML says the 6925u wasn't him... maybe I should split this into two posts???  Nah

I've also been copying the SSTV images here in NH, about the same as Chris's posted above.  I'm making/eating dinner now and if I have something to add I'll post it here later.

Just before 0000z there was an EasyPal image but didn't get the app started in time (I'll leave it running...)

Interesting, it seems they're just getting started with tests of the initial version.  They have a web site staked out at http://airspy.org with no content so far.  Not much info yet on the yahoo group mentioned above  - sdrsharp posts "We just received the first prototypes from the fab. The tests we have done so far are very encouraging."  Seems the first version will cover 24-1750 mHz (with a low freq. version possible in the future?).

You have to join the Yahoo group to see the prototype photos, the thing is tiny...
