XLR8 with a good S8 signal into New Hampshire tonight but battling with an S9 static level.

Cold Country Canada weak in New Hampshire tonight, S4 now and down in the S6-S7 noise (although he started out much better, signal rapidly faded). The the guy with the "Hello, Hello, Can anybody hear me" on frequency wasn't helping matters.

0104z Tough copy in New Hampshire with high noise levels. Carrier is S8-S9 but modulation level seems low.
