Very weak here in NY, plus the band is noisy.  Hearing some pop sounding country music at 2308 UTC.

272
Just tuned in at 1417 UTC, playing a dance/electropop song.  Got their carrier on 6875.7 kHz.  S8-S9 signal in NY, good audio.

273
Awesome S9/20+ dB signal and audio.  Great to hear a show from this classic staton.

I've got them here for the second night in a row.  Coming in much better tonight.  Dylan song at 2353 UTC.  I have their carrier on 6254 kHz.  S6 in New York.

275
Sounds like a Dutch station, could be either Abu Dhabi or Borderhunter.  Pop music at tune in, and brief announcement.  S6 signal in New York, but strong audio is punching through the static.

And of course, as luck would have it, they signed off at 2352 UTC, right after I posted this message.

"Holiday in Cambodia" at 2354 UTC, followed by ID.  Love the music selection, now with the Dead Boys' "Sonic Reducer".  S9 in NY, good audio.  Thanks for the music!  "Damaged Goods" by Gang of Four at 0000 UTC.  Great tunes!  The Slits "Typical Girls" at 0004, great, keep them coming.  "New Rose" by the Damned at 0008.  Probably the best set of music I've ever heard on radio, period.  Only thing that comes close was one of Radio Pigmeat International's early shows.  TV Personalities "Part Time Punks" at 0011 UTC.  "Where's Captain Kirk?" - Spizz (Athletico Spizz, or Spizzenergi) one of those. Richard Hell and the Voidoids - "Blank Generation" at 0016.  "Don't Care" at 0018, Klark Kent (Klark Kent is Stewart Copeland from the Police).  Sham 69 "Borstal Breakout" at 0021 UTC. XTC - "Science Friction" at 0023 UTC.  Television - "Marquee Moon" at 0026, nice way to end the show!  That was awesome, thank you WMID!

Heard some music as I was about to reply at 2328, but signal faded to nothing.  Audio is coming up again.  The atmospheric noise is very high tonight.  Talk by male announcer at 2329 UTC.  S5-S6 in NY, but most of that is noise.  OK, now at 2329 very easy to recognize "Take Five" by Dave Brubeck.

278
Can hear music here, with female vocals at 2325 UTC.  This one is at equal levels with the noise tonight in NY unfortunately.  Around 2340 UTC, came back to this, and I'm pretty sure I was hearing the end of "Baba O'Reilly".

Sounds like a Dutch station.  Played some country & western music, then greetings to a listener, now at 2311 with "You've Got the Look".  S7 signal in NY.  Unfortunately, the band noise is high.  Microphone audio much stronger than music audio, so should be easy to ID once I hear more announcements. 2316 UTC - Elvis Presley, "All Shook Up". More greetings and ID at 2323 UTC, followed by more C&W music.  When I checked  back at 2351 UTC, they were gone.  Best signal of the 3 stations I heard tonight on 48 meters.

Can barely hear some audio, the band has gone long and this one is skipping over me.  Song with female vocals (can only make out, "yeah, yeah, yeah"), with what sounds like a male rapper.  About an S5 here in NY at 0238 UTC.  SSTV at 0243, but not setup at the moment to decode the transmission.

281
I've got this also in NY, at an S7 at 0033 UTC.  Can't recognize the song or group, a bit too new for me I'm afraid.  At 0034 some sort of ID, with a slowed down voice.  Couldn't copy it I'm afraid.

Really nice S9/+10dB signal in NY, with great audio.  Show from 2013, playing Boston area groups.  At 2110 it's Ra Ra Riot.

283
Sorry I missed this; it's not often you hear Wayne/Jayne County and the Pop Group on the radio.

284
Coming in NY at very nice S9+ levels at 1245 UTC.  Presume this is BBR as the playlist is electronic/techno dance music.  ID loop at 1254 UTC with e-mail address of boomboxshortwave at gmail.com.  Forgot to mention that I have their carrier on 6924.6 kHz.

Signing on now with "Whip It".  S6-S7 in NY.

Revised the subject line to show the correct UTC date.

Really cool to hear these shows from the archives once again.
