Picking this up now (S9) on 15140 @ 1525 UTC, caught the ID on the half hour. It's in Arabic today, but the OM clearly said "Oman". Followed by some jingles, Arabic dialog for 5 min & ethnic music prgm @ 1535 UTC.

Seems to have ended @ 0159, only to return @ 0203

Wasn't sure if it was them or not, but it was certainly more copyable here.
A Swingin' Safari was a 1962 hit for Billy Vaughn, composed by Bert Kaempfert   ;^)
