S7-S9 very strong station doing radio checks (repeating "hello, are conditions good today?") and whistling into microphone.  Audio seems a bit overmodulated.

Hearing the "first wave" of afternoon/evening pescadores or peskies for today on 6920 LSB.  Lots of noise and static crashes and nearby data signals making copy difficult but I'm pretty sure they're speaking Spanish.

Sounds like a live relay of the UNID on 6880 AM, appears to have gone off the air at 1513 UTC.

Seeing a large signal on the waterfall at 1505 UTC.  The nice loud and wide AM signal usually found on 6925 kHz AM during daytime.  Operator must be trying alternate frequencies (as 6880 kHz has been seen many times before it makes sense).  

1506 UTC - Steeler's Wheel - Stuck In The Middle With You
1507 UTC - deep fade, then back up to SIO 444 with S7-S8 signal strength and very little noise
1514 UTC - minor data QRM on 6880 kHz USB upper side of the AM signal, however this station is so powerful it doesn't matter
1518 UTC - checked Rochester, NY SDR, have signal at S7 with very little noise
1527 UTC - The Beatles - A Day In The Life
1528 UTC - barely readable (really carrier on 6880.0 kHz only) signal on Ohio SDR
1533 UTC - George Harrison - Give Me Love (Give Me Peace on Earth)
1555 UTC - Procol Harum - Whiter Shade of Pale
1621 UTC - The Beatles - Come Together
1624 UTC - The Rolling Stones - Bitch
1629 UTC - signal down a lot, now S3-S4, much harder copy
1630 UTC - music back up some, signal now S5
1635 UTC - still having trouble copying the music due to more noise

Unfortunately I have to run out of the door but I wanted to add this last long.  I am hearing more Spanish language two-way comms, this time above the upper edge of the 20 meter amateur radio band, where lots of land mobile and military/government communications are heard. 

These communications seem considerably more disciplined than other traffic heard this morning.  Possibly government/military or NGO use (re: recent earthquake in Mexico City).  Since I have to leave the radio for a little bit I'm just making the log, with the plan of coming back to see if the net is still active later on.  Several numerical "strings" heard (possibly callsigns).  Very professional sounding traffic.  No whistling into microphones or "HOLA HOLA HOLA" heard.

Frequency: 11802 kHz 11.802 MHz
Mode: USB
Right in the middle of the 25 meter shortwave broadcast band

Heard "los pescadores" mentioned.  Possibly a freeband operator calling the fishing fleets.  Strong signal, operator whistling into microphone.  Mention of "30" and "33" (possibly numerical callsigns or IDs).  Several curse words heard, very informal.

Several numbers being read, frequency is 6712.2 kHz, one station kept saying "340" "340" over and over again.  Not sure if this is a numerical callsign or ID of some sort.  Interesting frequency choice to say the least...

Heard several mentions of "la plata" ("silver", or better translated as "money" or "cash").  Heavy fading on this QSO allowing me to only hear one station (I think).  SIO 111.  Lots of Spanish speakers using USB mode (mostly) this morning.

SIO 222 or so, very faint Spanish voices heard this morning (one of several frequencies).  These QSOs seem to pop up as quickly as they disappear.  Sounds like a casual QSO between two stations.  No IDs or names heard.

More Spanish voices (with some minor QRM from 6943 kHz USB) on 6940 kHz USB (see also, the various other 5 kHz frequency steps logged this morning).  Light traffic, possibly a more "official" net than the freebanders heard elsewhere on the bands.  Hard to tell due to weak signals

Another morning logging of Spanish voices (quite weak) on 6950 USB.  Possibly freebanders or pescadores, the usual "good morning" and other radio operator chatter-like small talk chatter.

Hearing active freebander activity on 6905 LSB, Spanish language traffic on 6900 USB and the usual freebander stuff on 6900 LSB all at the same time.  Nothing too crazy strong.  6900 USB seems to be the primary of these three frequencies, with much more sporadic traffic on 6900 LSB this morning (1329 UTC at this time).

However, 6900 kHz USB and 6905 kHz LSB are interfering with each other considerably.
