Nice signal but only got to hear 4 minutes of the broadcast. Off at 0044z; S7 signal.

Utility / NMO 22376 SITOR-B 2120z 12/27/2014

Decoding SITOR-B transmissions from NMO Coast Guard Honolulu with various warnings to sailors such as 2 20 meter tress floating in the Coral Sea and the ship Sea Shell missing with it's last known position as 03.43.94N 105.36.41E. And the M/V Vespucci towing 10 8100 Meter long cables, some type of seismic survey.

Signal just above the noise floor but just heard a reference to Uncle Bob so maybe a station id followed by banjo music.
