I believe its the Islamic call to prayer. I've heard it too. I was thinking it must be coming from Europe. The time adds up correctly.

Other / stange transmission 5896 usb

odd sounds sometimes followed by m. code. then silence. then odd sounds again off and on with no m code. kind of sounds like a fax machine.
found it at 0530 world time 14 April 09 on 5896 usb.
