http://www.addictinginfo.org/2015/08/17/bully-cop-throws-harmless-61-year-old-to-the-ground-for-singing-in-public-video/

Oh, I'm sorry, I thought we lived in AMERICA- But apparently this is actually North Korea. Well shit.

New rules folks.
1. Don't sing, smile, laugh, hold hands, or look remotely awkward in public- because cops will think you're planing to shoot them I guess.
2. Rights? HAHAHAH, you have no rights! Don't you remember? Kneel down to the holy, glorious cops who can do no wrong.
3. Filming a cop? NOT ANYMORE.

Sorry folks, but these cops need to be thrown in jail. This is the HFU, where I don't really like to get political, but this drives me up a wall.

Huh? / Pink Floyd has disbanded
« on: August 14, 2015, 1728 UTC »
This is one cold day in hell.

http://www.ew.com/article/2015/08/14/david-gilmour-pink-floyd-actually-finished

Just as many fans had suspected, Pink Floyd is officially over. David Gilmour confirmed that the band would not reunite in the coming years, and that last year’s The Endless River, their first record since 1994’s The Division Bell, would be their last.

“I’m done with it. I’ve had 48 years in Pink Floyd – quite a few of those years at the beginning, with Roger (Waters),” he said in a cover story interview with Classic Rock magazine. “And those years in what is now considered to be our heyday were 95 percent musically fulfilling and joyous and full of fun and laughter. And I certainly don’t want to let the other five percent color my view of what was a long and fantastic time together. But it has run its course, we are done – and it would be fakery to go back and do it again.”

Gilmour’s most recent statements echo similar ones he made last year. “This is the last thing that’ll be out from us,” he told the BBC after the release of The Endless River.

Now in Classic Rock he added that playing without Pink Floyd keyboardist Rick Wright, who died in 2008, “would just be wrong.” (Founding frontman Syd Barrett, who left the band in 1968, died in 2006.)

“I absolutely don’t want to go back. I don’t want to go and play stadiums… under the [Pink Floyd] banner,” Gilmour added. “I’m free to do exactly what I want to do and how I want to do it. Obviously I accept there are people who want to go and see and hear this legend that was Pink Floyd, but I’m afraid that’s not my responsibility.”

Gilmour’s solo album, Rattle That Lock,is due due out Sept. 18.

Huh? / My theory on "Old Time Radio 6770"
« on: July 25, 2015, 2255 UTC »
What if it is actually a secret, covert government station and those shows we hear actually covering up some sort of unknown digital data mode used to send messages to spies...

Fansome's probably behind it too.

Huh? / My thoughts so far on Art Bell's new show
« on: July 25, 2015, 0518 UTC »
Especially tonight (he is doing open lines) I love his program! He still has it obviously, sounds the same as he did on C2C. It really is an addiction, hearing is almost haunting, yet normal guy voice in the nighttime, keeping me up.

Each time he does open lines, I think I should give him a call, but even though I am not a nervous guy, I get real nervous and wouldn't know what to say, so I never do. Plus, thank god WBCQ is carrying it, because there isn't a MW station for miles around here carrying it, and listening to it online is NO WHERES NEAR the same as hearing the crackle and fade, just like C2C when you would tune in to some blowtorch playing it (like for me, WTAM 1100 from Cleveland airs somewhere in time on Saturday nights). Rock on Mr. Bell, you're kicking ass my friend. And I will call in sometime.........sometime.......

I never get political here, but this is just utterly fantastic news. All you need is love man, that's all.

http://www.washingtonpost.com/politics/gay-marriage-and-other-major-rulings-at-the-supreme-court/2015/06/25/ef75a120-1b6d-11e5-bd7f-4611a60dd8e5_story.html

The Supreme Court on Friday delivered a historic victory for gay rights, ruling 5 to 4 that the Constitution requires that same-sex couples be allowed to marry no matter where they live and that states may no longer reserve the right only for heterosexual couples.

The court’s action marks the culmination of an unprecedented upheaval in public opinion and the nation’s jurisprudence. Advocates called it the most pressing civil rights issue of modern times, while critics said the courts had sent the country into uncharted territory by changing the traditional definition of marriage.

“The court now holds that same-sex couples may exercise the fundamental right to marry. No longer may this liberty be denied to them,” Justice Anthony Kennedy wrote in the majority opinion. He was joined in the opinion by the court’s liberal justices Ruth Bader Ginsburg, Stephen G. Breyer, Sonia Sotomayor and Elena Kagan.

All four of the court’s most conservative members — Chief Justice John G. Roberts Jr. and Justices Antonin Scalia, Clarence Thomas and Samuel A. Alito Jr. — dissented and each wrote separate opinions.

Reading a dissent from the bench for the first time in his tenure, Roberts said, “This is a court, not a legislature.”

The country’s first legally recognized same-sex marriages took place just 11 years ago, the result of a Massachusetts state supreme court decision. Now, more than 70 percent of Americans live in states where same-sex couples are allowed to marry, according to estimates.
