V24 6215 KHz 13:30-13:37 Good Signal

Here Central Coast California, I observe Asian Language Broadcast Mornings. At 13:00 UTC Signature Interval
Signal noted sounded like Radio China to me. Frequency of 6425 KHz is somewhat off the beaten path for a
Broadcaster. Those of you in Europe and there abouts are probably hearing the "buzzer".
