1130 The band is already opening from Latin America with lots of SS ops heard, someone from Puerto Rico on channel 16 AM now. The recent higher solar activity, plus the fact that we're in October, bodes well for activity today.

I'm glad I built the 250 ft V Beam antenna. The purpose in fact was for 11m dx from Europe. ON5KQ suggested it to me, when I was (foolishly) considering a vertical.
