A faint carrier noted on the SDR recording at around 1113z.
Then at 1115z, it shot up to S9 with what sounded like a remix of "You Can Call Me Al".
Off at 1221z.

SDR recording catch. 0237z sign on with about an S6 signal. Off at 0253z.

A carrier appeared again at 0312z on 6940, but the frequency was buried by a UTE by then.

Heard here as well on the SDR recording. About S7 and an S unit over the noise floor, but I could hear audio and an ID.

16100 is the normal old Firedrake, as are the other 13 frequencies I can find it on right now.

Not sure why it was speeded up in your example, in many, many, hours of hearing this jammer I have never heard it do that.  I would assume that it was a technical error.

An Earth-Directed coronal mass ejection (CME) occurred during the early morning hours Friday.
The resulting solar flare was pointed directly at the United States for a duration of nearly two hours, according to Hunter Outten. Outten is a contributing forecaster for the AccuWeather Astronomy page.
"The CME is pretty strong and is coming pretty quick," said Outten. An intense Northern Lights show will cover a large part of the northern U.S.
"The lights could be visible for the states of Maryland, Pennsylvania and everywhere northward," said Outten.
The lights may be visible as soon as 4 p.m. EDT Saturday. "The best time to look for them will be around midnight," said Outten. "The states in the northernmost U.S. may be able to see them all night long."

Mostly an S7 signal, with some peaks to S9 around 0232z.
