Yesterday (May 3rd) they were just transmitting dead air, perhaps the automation software they use broke?  Perhaps they should use my Sound Byte program  ;D

As of today, May 4th at 1642 UTC, I am hearing music again.

Alert Bay is still on the air also? So much for Canada decommissioning DGPS.

SDR - Software Defined Radio / Re: Which SDR for RX?

In addition to the AirSpy Discovery and SDRPlay units, give the AFEDRI SDR consideration. It's a great performer.

WEDG has starting IDing again, about once an hour or so.   For reference, this is a local station that is likely either a pirate or a not quite compliant Part 15 station. I've been hearing them for about a decade.

They come in pretty well on the KiwiSDR here connected to the unterminated north/south Beverage antenna: http://sdr.hfunderground.com:8075/

BTW, you also have studio pirates who have their shows relayed and special occasion pirates, such as "The Voice of Pancho Villa" along with various holiday pirates that turn up around the 4th of July, Halloween, Christmas, etc.. WJFK used be one on November 23, the day of his assassination, but I haven't seen it reported in quite some time.

Quite a few of the "seasonal" pirates haven't been heard for several years now, here's a list of what was on the air circa 2015: https://www.radiohobbyist.org/blog/?p=1725
