"D" in Sevastopol is almost always a nice signal into the EC of the USA (it's Q5 right at the moment, as it often is)

It will be interesting to monitor it's ongoing operation as conditions evolve in Sevastopol.

Thanks for  sharing your mobile DX. I have a Belka DX too, and it's an absolutely amazing little box (though the telescoping whip flopping around is a bit annoying, but..... )

Utah is great. How's listening there?

It's pretty easy to configure a Kiwi to keep folks from parking on it.  It's a shame.

Windy is certainly weaker than it has been by quite a bit.

It could be any of the reasons you suggest .... battery hasn't gotten any worse or better than it has been in the past 6-8 months.  Occam might suggest antenna damage.
