Ditto here for past hour or so, lots of piratical goofiness on 6928.1 LSB.  Sounds like someone having fun with a soundboard.

This is hilarious - I can only imagine the confusion for folks just tuning around the band, wondering what this is!

Listened outside with Sony 2010 portable and jussst barely able to hear some rock music between 0400-0415z in sync mode on 6925 AM
0416z: WHYP ID

SINPO - 24311, mostly fades to inaudible, occasionally peaked just enough to get a sync lock for a few seconds.

Pretty sure this is Wolverine Radio's alter ego, but the whispered ID is always a challenge.

0040z: Rhythmic trance instrumentals
0046z: Whispered "Wool-ver-eeen Ray-dee-oh" ID

Occasionally peaking S7 here over S1-S2 noise. Main problem is intermittent local RFI bursts to S9+.

0212z: Live Emmy Lou version of Patsy's "Sweet Dreams"
0216z: Sounds like Snap! with dream theme song
0223z: Wolverine Radio ID, Patsy Cline.  (There is no such thing as too much Patsy.)

Since 2250z hearing various blues songs, around S1 in the mud.
2305z: Suddenly stronger peaks, S2-S7, possibly gray line effect
2312z: Clear "KTIT" ID
2320z: BB King blues
2324z: KTIT ID, more blues
2359z: KTIT still choogling along, "That's All Right Mama"
0001z: Howlin' Wolf "Smokestack Lightning"

SINPO - 34322, some good peaks to S7, mostly hovering in the mud around S1-S2

I fully accept responsibility, credit, blame or offers of beer for "Radio MOFO" ID.

Since around 0030z, 3/11/10, heard on 6928.1 LSB some hilariously fluent cussing among two or three fellows, along with some hip-hop music. Was pretty strong around gray line, only intermittently audible after 0100z.  As cussing involving moms and copulation go, this approached street poetry in terms of variety, fluidity and natural delivery. 8.5/10.  Mixed in with some pesque sideband chatter in Spanish earlier, closer to 6926-7 USB.

0403z: Still going, various audio bits, loops of YL w/ Spanish voice, others.

Later heard this was a QSO among various ops.

2250z-2300z: Intermittent 3-dash tone ("O") until close to 2300z when other characters followed, but I couldn't copy 'em by ear.  Off or faded by 2305z.

For a few minutes around 2300z, some overlap with KTIT playing blues on 6930 USB.  CW signal off just as KTIT was picking up here, no QRM.

Around 0133z, 6925 AM and drifting: "our universe is expanding", "there is no such thing as death", other comments.  If I'm remembering correctly, these are quotes from comedian/commentator Bill Hicks.

Quote
Today, a young man on acid realized that all matter is merely energy condensed to a slow vibration — that we are all one consciousness experiencing itself subjectively. There is no such thing as death; life is only a dream, and we are the imagination of ourselves... Here's Tom with the weather! -- Bill Hicks

0140z: Signal either faded or cut out, then back near 6923 USB, same programming, then some commentary about Tesla.

0200z: Outhouse Radio op commenting, "...and in your dreams, you dreamed that this was Outhouse Radio."
0209z: Off with Outhouse Radio ID
