Why not play your IQ recording through a virtual audio device, record as a WAV or mp3 file, and post a link to that. Then we can all listen
I'm a regular listener - guy has interesting musical tastes, and finds some unique stuff. I believe it's also on 7780 and 9395 because WRMI is using it to fill empty time slots.
I hope I'm not violating etiquette here by bumping an old thread, but I came across this one when looking into WEFAX myself, and thought I would share the solution I found. The timeout setting of interest is in UI->General, not UI->Browser:

I'm not sure if it is the same signal that has been discussed in this thread, but I recently recorded a mystery "time signal" at 7475 kHz in AM mode.
No, this is not the signal being discussed in this thread. The signal here is short pulses, like CW dits once per second, not a carrier with ticks on it.
