Definitely hearing an OM here saying stuff and playing music. Sounds like an Asian man, possibly Japanese? Extremely faint right at my noise level S-0 Possibly Peskies but doesn't sound like Portuguese. Seems to have faded out or stopped at 23:14

Radio Free Ramones signed on and was peaking S9+ but only briefly. Before long they dropped to s3 and now is barely audible for me.

Not sure what I'm hearing here. I hear an OM and talking about something....with background music but can't make it out.
