Definitely hearing an OM here saying stuff and playing music. Sounds like an Asian man, possibly Japanese? Extremely faint right at my noise level S-0 Possibly Peskies but doesn't sound like Portuguese. Seems to have faded out or stopped at 23:14

I have it too. Sounds like electrical noise typical of a bad power pole but really spread out in frequency. Obviously digital but I've never heard this type before.

It's not really me that knows anything. I'm oblivious. I just have to hear about this stuff every day from Assistant Stavin, who thinks everything in life is a conspiracy! If Mc Donald's doesn't have honey for chicken mc nuggets, its because the bees are dying off and the bees are dying off from the chemtrails, and the chemtrails are cuz of Nibiru...see this is the kind of stuff he tells me daily.
