Big band music from the old days. Maybe the 40's? I have the station at 20 Over S9! Really well engineered signal!

Just caught the end of a broadcast which may have been from the middle east on 6267Khz in AM mode. From 10:25PM to 10:30PM and signed off without any ID at all. Anyone know what station this is?

General Radio Discussion / Hello HF Underground!
« on: March 15, 2010, 0118 UTC »
Good evening to all at HF Underground! It's take awhile, but I've finally found a few moments to carouse the board and register. For those who don't know yet, I have a blog called "Shortwave America". I'm an avid SWL and Amateur Operator, though I do more listening than anything else.

It's great to see everyone here. The bands have been full of some great stuff lately, and I actually caught my first pirate station in many years. Crystal Ship was rockin' today!

Currently, I'm listening to 9420Khz which has so far had some English music on, but has alternated to a foreign language as well this evening. I think it may be Portuguese.

Good listening to all!
