Tuned to an open carrier after the 6930-kHz station went off. Carrier was pretty strong, but the audio that eventually came on (assuming that the dead carrier and the station with the music were the same) was a bit weak and very tough to copy. I agree that the band's noisy tonight.

My clock is off on my recording computer, so I'm not quite sure what time this came thru, but it was a single SSTV image for "----- USA, the 11 meter gorilla." DEcent copy, white on a black background with an image of a gorilla. Pretty interesting--had to doublecheck that I hadn't left the radio on 27700 kHz

Instrumental guitar music, gruff-sounding announcer with IDs and "...how else can you explain the power of my mind?" Muffled audio. Sig started strong, then deep fade.

Rev. Johnny Moses is broke ad, clear Radio Dead Man IDs, Butthole Surfers "American Woman." Excellent sig here. This is an old show from about 1985-86. Old Johnson City, NY, mailing address, Circle Jerks "Killing for Jesus," many reverb IDs.

BTW, the Johnson City maildrop has been closed for approx. 25 years. Too bad this one doesn't QSL anymore!

Yep, that's the Frankstorm SSTV that I received around 1000-1100 UTC this morning. Mine also arrived broken and split, but a few pieces came through cleaner than this. BTW, there's a face in the white storm area
