2257  M w/ID, counting, and ment of test.  ID sounded like "Pelee Island Broadcasting System".
2302  Same as above

6917:

2303  Popped up on this freq w/same M giving ID and said "This is the Pelee Island Broadcasting System performing a test.  This is the Pelee Island Broadcasting System ??? radio.  We are ?? Islands.  We're almost done for the year.  So if you want to come get me....".

Fair signal and clear.  Thanks to others for correct ID.

0158 UTC  Leading up to the ToH, heard "Fly Away" by John Denver.
0200 UTC  ID by M as "You're listening to Community Radio Network ?? broadcastings on 87.7 FM and 1710 AM.  If you....request a song.  You may call us at 540-392-6021.  We look forward to hearing from you."  Although I may have gotten a number in the phone wrong.
0200 UTC  After the ID anmnt, there were 5+1 long time ticks.
0230 UTC  Sound like there's still mx in there at this time.

Of course it was weak and mixing with WQFG 689.

Anyone know anything more about this station??

2220+ UTC  Just found someone on this freq playing what sounds like the movie soundtrack to "Interstellar".  Fair and fady of course here in SW PA.

1030-1046+  Been hearing someone here playing nonstop Pop ballads, quite strongly for a while.  Heard what sounded like Adele at one point.  Other than that, I'm not familiar with any songs and I don't use any of the mx ID apps.  Heard this also on web receivers throughout the U.S., Netherlands Antilles (TWR Bonaire), and one in Brazil.  Not in Australia.  I suspect it's one of the Brazilian Pirates, but who??

0053 UTC  Rock mx.  Sounds kind of like The Clash.  Been hearing this for over an hour from time to time.  Weak but readable on peaks. 
               
0056 UTC  Man announcer but can't copy.  Audio seems a bit on the bassy side.  Is this one of the LA Pirates??

This was La Voz de Nicaragua.  Although the modulation was extremely low, I was able to pull out the ID.  Check the 1985 LV de Nicaragua recording on Interval Signals Online and you'll see the IS on 6925 matches up as well.

Been hearing Bluegrass music since about 2240 UTC.  Weak signal.  Just now at 2248 the signal has come up to readable level here in SW PA.  No announcements noted yet.

Sounded like Mr. Rogers Neighborhood at 1206 followed by maybe SNL.
1208 Suddenly big increase in power.  Nice "signing on" "WREC, R. Free East Coast" ID and Pirate voice.
  Massive in SW PA now at 1209.  4/5/4/5/4

Strong signal here in SW PA.  A little QSB.

2329 sounded like Dutch remake of a 60's folk song.
2330 ballad by lady.

On 24 March, heard a relay of the Dutch satellite program Sky Radio here with equal signal.
